The first time I made these was 2 years ago when Mel & I were dating. I posted them on my other blog because this one wasn't set as a cooking blog back then.

They turned out even better this time. They are Mel's & my all-time favorite cookies I ever! I added white chocolate chips to the cookies and since I didn't have any half-and half for the filling, I used flavored coffee creamer. Other than that I stuck to the recipe. These are beyond a 10 and I will absolutely make them again!!
