I made this bread on the 12th. I have never had this kind of bread before
& had to try it! It was not as
mustardy as I had expected, and it was very moist and yummy! I made some egg salad (just the basic kind w/
relish, mayo, & mustard with a slice of cheddar cheese) and made some sandwiches that we took on a picnic. This bread is perfect sandwich bread. I’ll be making another loaf tomorrow with my last
packet of yeast. Mel and I both give
this bread a 9!
