I made 4 kinds of cookies for giving as gifts. The fudge is really yummy, but never solidified enough to give away. I made it with white chocolate chips and walnuts. Tastes so good, easily a 10!
I would actually call the other cookies "Butterscotch Walnut Shortbread." Also very good, a 9. Last time I made them I used coconut cream pie pudding since I didn't have butterscotch, and that was good, but I like these better.
