I made these as a late night snack for us last night. I wouldn't really call them "scones," but they are very good. It looks like the cheese on top burned, but it didn't, it turned out just right. Mel's has salami, and mine was meatless, but other than that they were the same. The only thing I did different from the recipe was omitting olives as we both dislike olives and I didn't use onion powder. Also, I used the Italian herbs pepper grinder instead of plain pepper. We both give this an 8 1/2 - 9. It is perfect for a snack. I would make it again!
