I made these wraps for our dinner tonight. Instead of making a marinade for the beef, I simply bought BBQ shredded beef for Mel & used veggie hamburger for mine & added BBQ sauce. I substituted sour cream for ranch dressing. Instead of turning the potatoes into mashed potatoes, I sautéed them in butter with the green pepper & onion (which were not part of the recipe) and corn. So I guess I changed a lot about this recipe, but same basic concept of beef (or veggie beef) with BBQ sauce & potatoes. We also added salsa, fresh cilantro, & cheese. Mel gave it a 10 and really loved it. I also gave it a 10! Will make it again!!
