I made these for my honey yesterday. I wanted to make him something special so I made him his favorite soup (the chorizo and lima bean soup I posted about a month or 2 ago) and then I wanted to make him something extra yummy. I have posted these before, but it must have been 2 years ago. They were always a favorite among my co-workers. They are a 3-layer bar with a crust, them melted marshmallows, then the crispy peanut topping. You can be creative with it and use any kind of nuts and chips, Mel chose the butterscotch chips (my favorite too) and I chose the peanuts just because they are the cheapest nuts (I would have preferred pecans). We both really loved these, and I will definitely make it again!
