Sorry for the lack of posts...

Sorry for the lack of posts lately.  I certainly don't like to whine, but our finances have been very tight since I quit my job in September (and especially since January) so I haven't had much money for cooking or baking.  But we finally got our vehicle paid off this month and that should significantly help.  Looking forward to (hopefully) trying some new recipes next month!  But I'm not truly whining, because I am still the happiest woman in the world - money or not - because I love and am loved by the perfect man!!
